The Rinehart Solar Farm, part of the ICT Investments portfolio, is a 10 MW solar photovoltaic project on the rooftop of a manufacturing facility, a neighboring building, and surrounding acreage on Rinehart Road in Lake Mary, Florida.

The rooftop portion of the project will consist of up to 2 MW, while the ground-based portion will consist of up to 8 MW. In total, the Lake Mary facility is 67 acres. For technical specifications of Rinehart Solar Farm see: Stages.
